​​​​​​​Reporting to the Human Resources Director LatAm & Canada Region your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage and optimize the HR processes for Argentina & Chile, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Oversee Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Health, and Security functions to guarantee seamless execution.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Business Partners of the group to understand organizational needs.
• Evaluate organizational performance and collaborate on the development and implementation of global, customized solutions.
• Labor relations
• Foster positive relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced English speaking level.
• 5+ years of related HR experience in a dynamic environment.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams.
• 3+ years experience managing risk, applying employment law practices, and building highly engaged teams in the following countries: Argentina & Chile
• Exceptional communication skills - Ability to communicate complex concepts in a structured manner and lead change management for process enhancement initiatives at a global level.
• Experience working with global HR teams, ensuring the company complies and is up to date with current local employment laws and regulatory requirements. (Arg - Chi)
• Strong ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and maturity.
• Deep analytical expertise and problem solving skills - ability to interpret data and produce relevant metrics to support decision making.
