As the General Manager, you will spearhead The resort through this transformative period with visionary leadership. Your responsibilities will include leading a team passionate about delivering Argentina's premier luxury destination experience and maintaining our globally recognized service standards. This role demands management skills, inspiration, ensuring seamless operations, and the continuation of our legacy. A critical aspect of this role involves rigorous cost control and a strategic focus on generating incremental revenue across all areas of operation, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability while maintaining our unparalleled standard of luxury and service.

Requisitos

Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing luxury hotels or resorts, particularly those experiencing significant growth or expansion.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with a capability to inspire a team towards excellence in a vibrant environment.
• Strong financial management skills, with experience in overseeing significant projects or expansions.
• Mandatory bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
